The Iksha Mission: Career Vision for All
"Iksha" (ईक्षा) is a Sanskrit word for "vision." Our vision is to ensure that every individual, regardless of their financial background, has access to world-class career guidance.
At Iksha, we operate on a fundamental belief: Talent is universal, but opportunity is not.
We are not a traditional consultancy. We are a social impact initiative. We recognize that financial barriers, a lack of networks, and systemic challenges prevent bright, driven, and capable individuals from achieving their potential.
Our entire model is built to break down these barriers. All of our services are provided on a 100% pro bono (free of charge) basis to those who are in need. We are committed to leveling the playing field, one career at a time.

- Submit Your Application: Please fill out our confidential Iksha Service Application Form. This form helps us understand your situation, your needs, and your goals. All information is kept strictly private.
- Review Process: Our team carefully reviews each application to understand your circumstances and how we can best support you.
- Notification & Onboarding: We will contact you to discuss your application and the next steps. We appreciate your patience as we work to respond to every request with the care it deserves.
